and an account service charge of $10 is required and will need to be paid at
the time of application along with a security deposit which is determined by

Hook-ups, transfers and cut-offs can be requested in person from 8:00 a.m.-
4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding holidays at the Utility Collections
Office on the second floor of the Civic Center located at 126 N. Saint
Andrews Street. All connections require a $25.00 connection fee.
Southeast Alabama Gas (334) 794-0567
Located at 2390 Ross Clark Cir. Near Harley Davidson. This is an
OPTIONAL service and fuels your fireplace only.
Comcast Cable (334)794-3171
(Highlands Trail Exclusive Cable Provider)
$45 per month for extended basic cable. You will need to contact Comcast to
pick up a digital starter box and the $45.00 should be added to your rent
check each month.
*You will also need to contact Comcast to add movie/sports
packages or cable internet. You will be receive a seperate bill
from Comcast for any extra services or upgrades.

second lines for computers, faxes, ect….You will need to place that order
