Are utilities included with the monthly rent?

Highlands Trail Apartments provides monthly pest control
and trash pick up. All other utilities to include electric,
water, telephone, gas (optional), internet, etc. must be
connected in the residents name.

Are pets Allowed?

Pets up to 100 lbs. are welcome at Highlands Trail
Apartments. We do require a one time
non-refundable
fee of $300.00 per pet (limit 2 pets per apartment). Breed
restrictions do apply, please call for additional
information.

How do I apply for an apartment?

If you live in the Dothan area or will be visiting soon, an
application can be picked up in our office located at 101
Montrose Court Dothan, AL 36305. You can also print an
application online and submit via email or fax

What is the application fee?

$35.00 single application
$45.00 joint application (married)

Anyone over the age of 19 that will occupy the premises must
submit an application and be listed on the lease agreement.

How do I reserve an apartment or get my name
on a waiting list?

If you would like to reserve an available apartment, you
would submit your application along with the application
fee and a separate $100.00 reservation fee. This will
hold the apartment for you until it is ready for move-in.

To have your name on the waiting list, you would submit
your application along with the application fee and
$100.00 reservation fee. Once approved, we would
contact you as we received a 30 day notice to vacate
and provide an estimated move-in date. You would then
have 24 hrs. to accept the apartment or you may choose
to remain on the waiting list for a later date or specific
location.
